Real Estate Sale Agreement with Power of Attorney

I, the undersigned, [full name], daughter of [father’s name], born in [place and date of birth], whose mother is [mother’s name], holder of [document type and number] issued by [issuing authority] on [date],

on [date], acknowledge that, being in full legal capacity, I have sold outright [description of the sold property] for a consideration of [consideration amount], and have placed the buyer in possession of the said property so that he may deal with it as an owner deals with his property.

In implementation of this sale, I appoint the buyer, [buyer’s name], to act on my behalf in selling, transferring, and registering the entirety of the said property in favour of whoever he wishes, and he may sell it to himself if he so wishes, at the price he wishes, without the need for my attendance. I also authorize him to represent me before all relevant departments, make declarations upon the sale and transfer, determine, receive, disburse, and release the consideration, carry out the procedures necessary for that purpose and sign them, receive and deliver title deeds, obtain a replacement for a lost deed, and declare that I am not covered by the provisions of Agrarian Reform Law No. 161 of 1958 and all its amendments.

The agent shall have the right to appoint another person to exercise all or part of the authority granted to him, under an irrevocable power of attorney because the buyer-agent has an interest attached to it, pursuant to Article 681 of the Syrian Civil Code.

The agent shall also have the right to place a provisional registration annotation on the record of the sold property repeatedly, pay and recover fees and deposits, sell this property in one transaction or in several instalments, apply for and receive building permits, carry out procedures for correcting descriptions, making declarations, allocation, removing co-ownership, merging, joining, and consolidation, and carry out any real-estate or financial procedure required to implement the substance of this sale and power of attorney.
