The user or organization providing such information is responsible for having the appropriate authority and legal basis to process it through Bunud.

• Provide and operate Bunud and its features

• Operate search and artificial intelligence features

• Protect accounts and the platform from misuse

3. Artificial Intelligence

We do not use private Customer Content, including case data, documents, private conversations, or client information, to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models for BlendLab or any third party.

We may share data with service providers that help us operate Bunud, including providers of hosting, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, email, payments, and other technical services.

Using these providers does not give them ownership of Customer Content.

5. Organizations and Workspaces

If you use Bunud through a law firm, company, or other organization, authorized persons within that organization may manage your account, permissions, and access to workspace content according to the roles and permissions configured within Bunud.

Where an organization adds information relating to its clients, represented persons, employees, or other parties to Bunud, we process that information to provide the Service to the organization.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

When a user or authorized party confirms a request to delete an account or data, we delete the user's content and personal information for which we no longer have a legitimate reason to retain.

We may need to retain a limited amount of information where necessary for legal, financial, accounting, security, or record-keeping purposes, such as subscription, invoice, and transaction records.

Where the user's identity is not required for these purposes, we delete, mask, or anonymize identifying information so that the retained information is no longer directly associated with the user.

We do not use information retained after deletion to continue using the user's content or to create a profile about the user.
