These Terms of Use govern your use of Bunud, including its website, applications, services, and features.
Bunud is owned and operated by Blend Lab FZE.
By using Bunud or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you use Bunud on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
This English version is provided for convenience. The Arabic version is the original and authoritative version of these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity, or difference in interpretation, the Arabic version shall prevail.
1. The Bunud Service
Bunud is a legal technology platform that provides tools and services which may include legal work management, case and client management, document management, access to legal information and sources, search tools, AI-powered features, and other functionality that we may provide from time to time.
We may add, modify, develop, or discontinue features as the Service evolves.
Certain features may be subject to additional terms or policies.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally eligible to use Bunud and enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials confidential
Protecting your account from unauthorized use
Activity performed through your account
Notifying us if you suspect that your account has been compromised or used without authorization
You must not share, transfer, or use an account in a manner that violates these Terms or the applicable subscription limits.
3. Organizations and Workspaces
Bunud may be used individually or through an organization, such as a law firm, company, or other entity.
Organizations may appoint administrators and members and define roles and permissions within their workspace.
Organization administrators are responsible for managing membership, permissions, and access to organization content.
If you are invited to an organization, data and content you create within its workspace may be subject to the organization's administration and applicable permissions.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain Bunud features may require a paid subscription.
When subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees and prices displayed to you at the time of purchase.
Plans may differ based on:
Available features
Number of users
Usage limits
Subscription duration
Included resources or services
Subscriptions may renew automatically where this is disclosed at the time of purchase, unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
Details relating to billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Bunud's Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Customer Content
You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of the documents, files, data, information, and other content that you or your organization add to Bunud.
Blend Lab does not acquire ownership of Customer Content merely because it is uploaded, stored, or processed through Bunud.
You grant us only the rights technically necessary to process, host, display, and transmit your content to the extent required to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to add content to Bunud and use it through the Service.
The processing of personal data is governed by Bunud's Privacy Policy.
6. Bunud Intellectual Property
All rights relating to Bunud, including its platform, software, design, trademarks, technologies, databases, features, and components owned by or licensed to us remain the property of their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Bunud for the duration of your account or subscription and in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of Bunud does not give you the right to:
Copy or reproduce the platform without authorization
Resell or sublicense the Service without our approval
Attempt to obtain source code through unauthorized means
Remove proprietary notices or trademarks
Use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service
Nothing in this section affects your ownership of Customer Content.
7. Acceptable Use
You must use Bunud lawfully, professionally, and responsibly.
Your use of the Service is subject to Bunud's Acceptable Use Policy, which forms a supplementary part of these Terms.
We may restrict or suspend use that violates that Policy or threatens the security of the platform or the rights of others.
8. Artificial Intelligence
Bunud includes features powered by artificial intelligence technologies.

These documents explain how we use AI technologies and data, as well as the limitations and responsibilities associated with AI-generated outputs.
9. Third-Party Services and Content
Bunud may rely on services or technologies provided by third parties, or may provide links or integrations with external services.
We do not control independent third-party services, and they may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Our use of a third-party provider to operate part of Bunud does not give that provider ownership of Customer Content.
10. Service Availability and Development
We work to provide Bunud in a stable and secure manner, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
Maintenance
Service updates
Technical failures
Infrastructure or third-party service issues
Security incidents
Circumstances reasonably beyond our control
We may make changes and updates to the Service to improve performance, security, or functionality.
Where reasonably possible, we will seek to minimize interruptions and their impact on users.
11. Account Suspension or Termination
You may stop using Bunud or request closure of your account through the options available in the Service.
We may suspend an account or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is:
A violation of these Terms or applicable policies
A security risk
Unlawful or fraudulent use
An attempt to harm the Service or its users
Unpaid amounts that are due
Use that threatens the rights of others or the integrity of the platform
We may terminate an account in cases of serious or repeated violations.
Where immediate action is not necessary, we aim to provide the user with a reasonable opportunity to address the violation before termination.
Data following account closure is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Nature of the Service and Warranties
Bunud is a technology product designed to assist users with legal and professional work.
We work to develop and maintain the quality, accuracy, and security of the Service. However, the nature of software and digital services means that we cannot guarantee that the Service will always be entirely free from errors or interruptions.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the Service and its available features are provided as available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blend Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, Bunud.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from:
Use of the Service in violation of these Terms
Unauthorized use of an account resulting from the user's failure to take reasonable security measures
Content or data provided by the user or organization
Third-party services outside our control
Decisions or actions taken by a user based on information that was not reviewed or verified where such review was required
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Liability relating specifically to AI-generated outputs is addressed in the AI Terms of Use.
14. Indemnification
If your unlawful use of the Service, or your intentional or serious violation of these Terms or the rights of another party, results in a legal claim against Blend Lab, you may be responsible for the resulting losses and costs to the extent permitted by law.
This does not apply to claims resulting from acts or omissions for which Blend Lab is legally responsible.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service, products, legal requirements, or operation of Bunud changes.
We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
If a change is material, we will provide appropriate notice before it takes effect where required or appropriate.
Continued use of Bunud after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specialized document relating to a specific subject, the specialized document will apply to that subject unless it states otherwise.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disputes relating to these Terms or the use of Bunud will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law grants the user a mandatory jurisdiction or right that cannot be contractually excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or other mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
18. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to exercise a right under these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.
Users may not transfer their rights or obligations relating to their account to another party without our approval, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may transfer the operation of Bunud, or rights and obligations associated with it, to an affiliate or legal successor as part of a restructuring, merger, acquisition, or business transfer, subject to applicable law and user rights.

The English version is provided for convenience and accessibility. The Arabic version is the official, original, and authoritative version.
If there is any discrepancy, inconsistency, ambiguity, or conflict between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
