Delete your Bunud account

This page is for deleting a Bunud account. You can request deletion here without signing in, or sign in and complete deletion from Settings → Security.

In the Bunud mobile app: Profile → Security → Account Deletion.
If you can still sign in, use Settings → Security → Delete Account in the Bunud web app to transfer shared workspaces before deleting.

Request deletion

Enter the email address on your Bunud account. If an account exists, we will send a 6-digit verification code.

What happens after you confirm

Deletion is immediate after you confirm with the email code and confirmation phrase. It cannot be undone.
Your login identity (email, password, Google/Apple IDs) is removed. Sessions are revoked.
Sole-owned workspace content (cases, documents, chats, drafts, and similar operational data) is permanently deleted.
Billing and commercial records (subscriptions, payments, invoices) that we must keep for legal or operational reasons are retained in anonymized form.
Signing up later with the same email creates a new account with no access to the old data.

Limited commercial and audit records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention. They are not used to restore your account.

If you cannot access the email on the account (for example a private Apple relay address), contact support on WhatsApp.
