These Terms govern the use of artificial intelligence-powered features within Bunud and should be read together with Bunud's Terms of Use, Artificial Intelligence Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
Bunud is operated by Blend Lab FZE.
By using Bunud's AI-powered features, you agree to these Terms.
This English version is provided for convenience. The Arabic version is the original and authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity, or difference in interpretation, the Arabic version shall prevail.
1. Nature of AI Features
Bunud provides AI-powered tools that may assist with tasks such as:
Legal research
Analysis of information and documents
Summarization
Drafting
Information extraction
Answering questions
Interacting with laws, legal sources, and documents
These features are designed to assist users in their work and are not a substitute for professional judgment or legal review.
2. Outputs Are Not Independent Legal Advice
Information, text, analysis, or suggestions generated by Bunud's AI features do not, by themselves, constitute legal advice provided by Blend Lab or Bunud.
Bunud is a technology platform, not a law firm, and Blend Lab does not provide legal representation or legal advisory services through the operation of the platform.
If you are not a legal professional, you should not treat AI-generated outputs as a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer where professional legal advice is required.
3. No Lawyer-Client Relationship
Using Bunud or interacting with its AI Assistant does not create a lawyer-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or similar professional relationship between you and Bunud or Blend Lab.
If you are a lawyer or legal professional using Bunud to serve your clients, your professional relationship with those clients remains separate from Bunud.
4. Accuracy of Outputs
Artificial intelligence systems may sometimes generate information that is:
Inaccurate
Incomplete
Outdated
Unsuitable for a particular context
Based on an incorrect interpretation of a question or document
Supported by a conclusion or reference that requires verification
We work to reduce these risks through appropriate tools, sources, and technologies, but we cannot guarantee that all outputs will be accurate or complete in every case.
5. Verification and Review
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using or relying on them.
You should specifically verify:
Legal texts
Law and article numbers
Amendments and repeals
Judgments and judicial decisions
Dates
Quotations
References and sources
Names, figures, and facts
Whether the information applies to the matter being considered
AI-generated outputs should not be submitted to a court, client, government authority, or used in an important professional decision without appropriate review.
6. Legal Sources
Bunud may display sources or references connected to an output to help users verify the information.
The presence of a source or reference does not remove the user's responsibility to confirm:
The accuracy of the source
Whether it is current
Whether it remains in force
Whether it is complete
Whether it is relevant to the matter being researched
Where an official version of legislation, a judgment, or a decision exists, users should refer to the official source where final verification is required.
7. User-Provided Content
Certain outputs depend on the information, documents, or instructions provided by the user.
Output quality may be affected where the information provided is:
Incomplete
Inaccurate
Ambiguous
Outdated
Insufficient to understand the relevant context
You are responsible for the information you provide to the system and for assessing the suitability of the resulting outputs.
8. Use of Outputs
You may use outputs generated by Bunud's AI features in your work, subject to:

The rights of others
Applicable laws
Confidentiality and professional obligations
Any legal restrictions relating to the content or data used
We do not guarantee that every output will be unique or that similar outputs will not be provided to other users, particularly where prompts, sources, or contexts are similar.
9. Professional and Legal Decisions
Users remain responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
Where an output relates to a decision affecting another person's rights or obligations, or is used in a legal memorandum, contract, court proceeding, or legal opinion, appropriate professional review must be applied before relying on it.
Bunud is designed to support professionals, not to make final decisions on their behalf.
10. Prohibited Use
AI-powered features must be used in accordance with Bunud's Acceptable Use Policy.
They must not be used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, to harm others, to access unauthorized information, or to circumvent systems or security restrictions.
We may restrict or suspend access to AI features where use violates these Terms or other applicable policies.
11. Data and Privacy
Data used with AI-powered features is processed in accordance with Bunud's Privacy Policy and Artificial Intelligence Policy.
We do not use private Customer Content to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models for Bunud, Blend Lab, or any third party.
Users and organizations remain responsible for having the appropriate rights or authority to submit data or documents relating to other parties to the Service.
12. Availability of Models and Features
From time to time, we may change or update:
AI models used by Bunud
Tools available to the system
Search and retrieval methods
Usage limits
Supported features
The manner in which outputs are generated or presented
Results may therefore vary over time, even when similar instructions are used.
We do not guarantee that any particular model or feature will remain permanently available.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blend Lab is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs without appropriate review or verification, or from use of outputs in violation of these Terms.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The general liability provisions in Bunud's Terms of Use also apply to the use of AI-powered features.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when Bunud's AI features, underlying technologies, or applicable legal requirements change.
We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Where a change is material, we will provide appropriate notice where required or appropriate.
