Bunud is operated by Blend Lab FZE.
By using Bunud, you agree to use the Service lawfully, professionally, and responsibly, and not in a way that harms the platform, its users, or any other party.

You may use Bunud only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the Service to:
Commit or facilitate unlawful activity
Violate the rights of others
Engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation
Circumvent legal systems or procedures
Store or share content that you know is clearly unlawful
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Bunud and the information you add to it are legally permitted.
2. Data Protection and Confidentiality
You must not use Bunud to access data, documents, or information that you are not authorized to access or process.
When entering information relating to clients, represented persons, employees, or other parties, you or your organization are responsible for having the appropriate authority and legal basis to process that information.
Attempting to access another user's or organization's data without authorization is prohibited.
3. Platform Security
You must not engage in any activity intended to harm the security, stability, or infrastructure of Bunud.
This includes, for example:
Attempting to compromise accounts or systems
Bypassing authentication or permission controls
Searching for or exploiting security vulnerabilities without prior authorization
Disrupting the Service or overwhelming it with requests
Uploading malware or malicious files
Attempting to access servers, databases, or internal systems through unauthorized means
Interfering with the operation of the platform or other users
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to us instead of exploiting it.
4. Account Misuse
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
You must not:
Use another person's account without permission
Share an account in a way that exceeds the limits of the applicable subscription plan or organization permissions
Sell, rent, or transfer an account without our approval
Create accounts to bypass restrictions or suspensions
Impersonate another individual or organization
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from unauthorized access that you could not reasonably have prevented.
5. Automated Use and Technical Restrictions
You must not use automated tools, software, or bots to interact with Bunud in an unauthorized manner.
This includes:
Large-scale automated data collection
Scraping or extracting platform content without permission
Circumventing usage or request limits
Bypassing technical restrictions or subscription limits
Using the Service in a way that consumes unreasonable resources or affects other users
You may use APIs or integrations that we make available in accordance with the terms and limits applicable to them.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
You must not use Bunud to upload, copy, distribute, or otherwise use content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of third parties.
You must have the necessary rights or permissions for any documents, files, or other content you add to the platform.
You may not copy, resell, or commercially redistribute Bunud content, databases, features, or outputs on a large scale without authorization.
7. Use of Artificial Intelligence Features
Bunud's AI features must be used lawfully and professionally.
You must not use them to:
Generate or facilitate unlawful content
Commit fraud or impersonation
Compromise systems or bypass security measures
Extract data you are not authorized to access
Abuse the Service through large-scale or unauthorized automated activity
Attempt to discover or extract internal instructions or system information through unauthorized means
Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in professional work or decision-making.
8. Circumvention of the Service
You must not attempt to bypass Bunud's commercial, technical, or security restrictions.
This includes:
Exceeding plan or subscription limits through circumvention
Concealing the actual manner in which the Service is being used
Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
Circumventing payment or billing systems
Attempting to access features that are not available to your account or plan
9. Harmful or Abusive Conduct
You must not use Bunud in a way intended to harm other users, our personnel, or our partners.
This includes:
Threats or harassment
Sending harmful or malicious content
Abusing support channels
Attempting to deceive support personnel into granting unauthorized access or disclosing protected information
Intentionally using the Service in a way that disrupts the experience of other users
10. Investigation and Enforcement
We may investigate any use that we reasonably believe violates this Policy or threatens the security of Bunud or its users.
Depending on the nature of the violation, we may take actions including:
Warning the user
Restricting certain features
Stopping the prohibited activity
Temporarily suspending the account
Terminating the account in serious or repeated cases
We may act immediately where necessary to protect users, data, or the security of the platform.
Where appropriate, we will seek to make enforcement measures proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation.

The English version is provided for convenience and accessibility. The Arabic version is the official, original, and authoritative version.
If there is any discrepancy, inconsistency, ambiguity, or conflict between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
