Free Trial Terms of Service

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 These terms (“Free Trial Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bunud platform, a service owned and operated by Blend Lab FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“BlendLab”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.2 These Terms incorporate by reference our [Acceptable Use Policy], [Privacy Policy], [Data Protection Addendum], and any other applicable legal terms available at www.bunud.ai/legal.

1.3 Bunud may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance. However, changes that materially impact your data or confidentiality will not apply retroactively without your explicit written consent.

1.4 The Bunud Service is powered by AI technologies and intended as a legal productivity tool. It is not legal advice, and its responses may be incomplete or contain inaccuracies.

1.5 Bunud is a legal technology platform developed and maintained by BlendLab. All contractual obligations under these Terms are entered into with Blend Lab FZE.

2. ACCESS AND USAGE

2.1 You are granted temporary, limited, and non-transferable access to the Bunud platform for the sole purpose of evaluating its features within your professional or organizational context.

2.2 You may not:

  • Share login credentials with others.

  • Use the Service for unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, replicate, or probe the Service’s underlying architecture.

  • Use automated tools or bots to scrape data from the Service.

2.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account during the trial period.

2.4 You may voluntarily share feedback on your experience, which we may use to improve the Service. Feedback will never be attributed to you publicly without your permission.

3. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1 You retain ownership of any data, documents, or queries (“Your Content”) you provide while using the Service.

3.2 Due to the nature of AI systems, similar inputs may yield similar outputs across users. You acknowledge that the output you receive is non-exclusive.

3.3 Bunud makes no claim over your content and uses it solely to operate and support the requested features.

4. CUSTOMER DATA

4.1 You may upload confidential or legal documents (“Customer Data”) during the trial period to activate features such as AI assistance or knowledge base search.

4.2 You retain all rights to your Customer Data. You grant Bunud a limited license to process it only for the purposes of providing the Service or complying with legal requirements.

4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and data handling complies with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory obligations.

5. FREE TRIAL CONDITIONS

5.1 The Service is provided to you free of charge during the trial period. Bunud reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time in cases of abuse, misuse, or excessive use outside reasonable evaluation purposes.

5.2 Features and capacity may be restricted during the free trial.

6. TERMINATION

6.1 You may terminate your access to the Service at any time by ceasing use. Bunud may also terminate your trial access without notice.

6.2 Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Bunud will remove your Customer Data from active environments within 30 days, unless otherwise requested. Some residual data may persist in backup systems or archives for a limited time in accordance with our internal retention policies, but such data will not be actively accessed or processed.

7. DISCLAIMERS

7.1 You confirm that you have the right to use and upload any content or data shared with the Service.

7.2 The Service is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties. Bunud disclaims all warranties including fitness for purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service, even if Bunud has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 In no event shall Bunud total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed one thousand US dollars (USD $1,000).

8.3 Bunud shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from:

  (a) reliance on AI-generated Output without human review.

  (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

  (c) errors resulting from third-party services or infrastructure.

  (d) delays or failures caused by force majeure events including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

8.4 These limitations shall apply even if a remedy fails to its essential purpose.

9. GENERAL TERMS

  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect non-public information exchanged during the trial.

  • Third-party Services: Bunud may engage subprocessors to support the Service but remains responsible for their conduct.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute full agreement regarding your use of the Service during the free trial.

  • No AI Training: Bunud does not use your content or data to train its AI models.

·         Language: These Terms are made available in both Arabic and English. In accordance with UAE law, the Arabic version is the official and binding version for any legal proceedings within the United Arab Emirates. The English version is provided for reference and convenience only.
