Copyright and IP Policy

This Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and procedures related to copyright and intellectual property (“IP”) in connection with the Bunud platform and services (“Service”), operated by Blend Lab FZE (“Bunud”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Policy is part of the Bunud Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Service, whether individuals or organizations.

1. Ownership of Content

1.1 Platform Content

All content, software, models, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and documentation made available by Bunud on the platform, including AI-generated outputs (unless derived entirely from user input), are the intellectual property of Bunud or its licensors. These are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

1.2 User Content

You retain ownership of all content, data, and documents you upload to or create using the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant Bunud a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and maintaining functionality.

Bunud does not claim ownership over your uploaded legal documents, queries, or firm-specific knowledge bases.

2. AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated outputs are non-exclusive and may be similar across different users when similar prompts are submitted. While users may use such outputs for their internal or professional use, you are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

  • Upload or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights of any third party.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate the underlying architecture or models powering the Service.

  • Use the Service to generate or distribute pirated, counterfeit, or unauthorized copies of protected works.

4. Reporting IP Infringement

If you believe your copyright or IP rights have been infringed by material appearing on the Bunud platform, please send a notice to:

Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the work allegedly infringed.

  • Identification of the material believed to be infringing.

  • Your contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate and authorized.

We will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Bunud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe IP rights.

6. Trademarks

All Bunud trademarks, logos, and brand assets are the property of Blend Lab FZE. You may not use them without prior written permission, except as permitted under applicable law.

7. Modifications

Bunud may update this Policy from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or technical changes. The most current version will always be available at www.bunud.ai/legal.
