Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and restrictions that apply to your use of the Bunud platform and services ("Service") provided by Blend Lab FZE ("Bunud", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

  • Upload, store, or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or any data contained therein.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems and networks.

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measures.

  • Use any automated system, including bots or scrapers, to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce in the same period.

  • Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications.

2. AI Usage Guidelines

When interacting with AI-powered features within Bunud, you must not:

  • Use AI-generated output as a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • Prompt or attempt to generate harmful, biased, discriminatory, or misleading content.

  • Use the AI to generate or distribute misinformation or deepfakes.

  • Share prompts or outputs that contain personal data of others without consent.

3. Customer Content

You are solely responsible for any data, documents, prompts, or content (“Customer Content”) you submit to the Service. You must ensure:

  • You have the legal right to upload or share such content.

  • The content does not include prohibited or sensitive categories such as personal health information, financial account numbers, biometric data, or any data protected under strict regulatory laws unless appropriate safeguards are in place.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this Policy and may take appropriate action, including:

  • Suspending or terminating your account.

  • Removing or blocking access to content.

  • Reporting violations to relevant authorities.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available at www.bunud.ai/legal. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
